Shipping Information

Orders that do not include loc extensions will ship within 3 business days.
   

        Ready to Ship: All loc sizes labeled “Ready to Ship”will be shipped within 4 business days

Made to Order: Loc sizes not labeled “Ready to Ship” will be processed and delivered within 18 business days. (These are hand crafted, and will be considered as customized orders)

   

        Mixed Orders: If your loc extension order includes additional products, your entire order will be shipped together and delivered within time frame provided.

Returns

Exchanges for loc extensions will be sent via priority mail upon receiving the original order. Please process your exchange within 48 hours of package arrival. Exchange processing requires the original product to be received undamaged. Damaged product may void exchange.

In case of damaged hair products during shipping, kindly send pictures of the damaged product to the seller within 24 hours of receipt. Images of both the product and packaging are necessary for requesting a replacement

No refunds are permitted. Exceptions for seller errors. We're here to assist you in selecting the right products for your needs. Utilize the WhatsApp Widget to communicate with a Master Stylist. Consultation bookings offered for long distance customers or those needing detailed advice.

Consultations 

Consultations are offered to all clients. Virtual consultations are available for long-distance customers. (Service Require Booking)

Consultations are for choosing the best locs or hair products for your hair type or style. Clients can book consultations without making a purchase. Ideal for those needing advice on a healthy hair routine. We also review the customer's current products and routine during the session.

To book a consultation select the “Book Online” link, located in the main menu. Select consultation as your service. Please book under the Orlando calendar, even if you’re long distance.
